Lead UI Designer (Contract) — Philip Morris International • Led UI design across IQOS and VEEV digital platforms, delivering high-quality landing pages, features, and end-to-end user flows. • Owned the full redesign of the IQOS “My Account” experience, covering: • User profile and personal data management • Payment and delivery management • Order tracking, returns, and purchase history • Device registration and warranty tracking • Designed and launched the Auto-Delivery subscription feature, enabling recurring purchases of consumables and improving retention. • Worked within and contributed to the PMI Array Design System, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices. • Identified gaps in the system and proposed new components/patterns, documenting usage for potential inclusion in the design system.
